To Taste: Poachers Premium Irish Tonic Water

With distillers throughout Ireland currently crafting beautiful gins and vodkas, two drinks industry veterans have teamed up with a Wexford farmer to create a 100% natural tonic water good enough to match them. Sweetened with sugar beets and Florida orange and enhanced by botanicals such as cinchona bark, Poachers has a delicate herbal taste. Delicious on its own or as a great addition to your favourite tipple, we recommend trying it with a slice of orange for a citrus kick or a sprig of rosemary for an aromatic lift. Available now from your local offie.

To Forage: Taking A Leaf Bealtaine Feast

Bealtaine

On Saturday May 7th Micheal marks the ancient Celtic festival of Bealtaine by hosting an evening feast where all foraged food comes from within 2.5 km of the venue. Expect a slow, leisurely experience savouring a distinctly seasonal food and drinks menu. For more see www.takingaleaf.com Tickets through Eventbrite.
