Thursday June 21st is Ireland’s National Music Day and this year it is being celebrated by the love:live festival, with huge selection of one-off events taking place around the whole country. Highlights of those events taking place in Dublin include ambient electronica heads White Collar Boy playing on Iarnród Éireann’s 11.10am service from Heuston Station to Waterford and Crash Ensemble playing an intimate performance in the Traffic Control Unit of the Dublin City Council Offices on Wood Quay courtesy of the Contemporary Music Centre – don’t worry if you’re not in the traffic squad, it’s simultaneously being broadcast on 103.2 Dublin City FM.
