Longtime DFA-affiliate and generally legendary DJ Marcus Lambkin is back for his first hometown headline show in quite a while. His set at Forbidden Fruit earlier in the summer had the crowd in raptures but how he adapts to the rather odd choice of venue will be the key to whether this show garners similar praise.
With a performer of his experience though, you’d expect Lambkin to transcend all limitations and deliver a night of exuberant celebration.
