McDonagh and Gleeson are back on our screens again this Friday with Calvary, a story of a moral priest who must face up to the corruption happening around him in his rural parish. Having won two awards at the IFTA’s last the weekend, best script for writer/director John Michael McDonagh and best actor for Brendan Gleeson the film is shaping up to be a hit amongst the Irish audience. Head to your nearest cinema this Friday to find out if it tops In Bruges.

The Space Lady’s first world tour in over 35 years since she first began playing her accordian on the streets of San Francisco in the 70s “dressed flamboyantly like a sort of cosmic Moondog & transmitting messages of peace and harmony.” After her accordian was stolen she purchased a Casio keyboard and her music was changed forever more, adding an “otherworldly new dimension”.
