Krahang is Irish director/photographer Joshua Gordon’s short film and accompanying book on a Thai motorbike gang.
Documenting the freedom and adrenaline rush of bike riding, Krahang hones in on the spirit and disaffection of youth and the universal desire to simply “hang out with friends, drink and meet girls”.
The title derives from Thai folklore in which a regular villager becomes a nocturnal ghost called Krahang.
This free spirit lies at the essence of Gordon’s work and the bikers he befriends.
