Having made the switch from tending herds to planting herbs a couple of years back, fourth-generation master butchers Loughnanes have just added plant based cheese to their popular meat-free range.
Their Director of Production Eoin Loughnane, tells us tells us that their new Sons of Butchers’ grated ‘Notzarella’ and ‘Chedda Cheats’ slices are aimed at vegans and those looking to reduce their dairy intake without sacrificing the taste and texture of traditional cheeses.
In addition to being puntastic, he reckons that their ‘mega-melty’ cheesy new additions pack a delicious and authentic taste that cheese lovers will enjoy, while also nicely complementing existing products in their top selling plant-based meat alternative range.
