Liberty belle Teeling’s takes pride in being the first new distillery in Dublin for over 125 years, and this summer another first sees them bring a cooling taste of the seaside to the Dublin 8 ‘burb.
To celebrate their fun new partnership with Teddy’s ice cream, the whiskey gurus have whipped up a very lovely Teeling Whiskey Caramel sauce, which works brilliantly as a topping beside the traditional Teddy’s 99 flake. The sauce tastes every bit as good as it sounds, and city slickers can look forward to tempting their taste-buds even further…
Also on the menu is a pretty lush Teddy Teeling Ice Cream Sundae, featuring the Cup Cake Guy’s delicious crumbled brownie, with raisins marinated in whiskey available as an optional extra.
A Teddy’s 99 can be enjoyed free with every Distillery tour booked. Tours now run Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 6pm, Saturday from 11am to 7pm and Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays from 11am to 6pm.
Alternatively, swing by their pop-up Phoenix Café (open seven days a week) for a spot of classic summertime indulgence.
