Westward Ho! Pot Duggans

Posted 10 months ago in Food & Drink Features

Word is that Bodytonic’s western outpost Pot Duggan’s has just reopened after its annual winter break, with Ashley Gribben coming on board as Executive Chef.

She will be working with Darren Kirwan of Lunasa Fermentation to get The Melting Pot up and running, with a changing menu selection that’s set to rotate every eight weeks. First up is a Noodle Bar which will operate throughout March and April with ‘Big Plates’ such as Beef Pho, Pork Belly Ramen, and some tasty sides including Crispy Fried Baby Spuds with Japanese Mayo and Furikake.

Changes are also afoot in the bar, which has now morphed into The Wine Bar at Pots, with over twenty tasty vinos, all pairing brilliantly with a special menu featuring Spiced Almonds, Mixed Olives and Cultured Seaweed Butter with Hugo’s Sourdough.

Located on the banks of the picturesque River Inagh in Ennistymon, it makes for a nice spot to enjoy an Easter jaunt.

Did we mention the Karaoke?
