Eagle-eyed observers of social media will have spotted the depressing news that The Drunken Cookie trailer was stolen last week, depriving owner Saifa Kajani, of her place of business.
The colourful, distinctive trailer was stolen along with all its equipment from Ballymount over a week ago, and sadly, despite a reward being offered, it is still missing. This is undoubtedly a massive blow for any small business, but the passionate baker is determined to keep going.
Kajani has just launched her latest monthly Cookie Box, which is now available to order for delivery straight to your door. It comes packed with six different variations on her signature American style cookies, and features a nice selection of treats including ‘The Rollover’, made using White chocolate and Milky Bar Gold Dough, topped with Biscoff Butter, Biscoff Crumb and a Honey Comb Chocolate Aero Melt.
We particularly fancy the look of ‘The Cure’ which has been crafted from Milk Chocolate Chip and Hazelnut Dough, stuffed with Ferrero Rocher Crispy Egg.
