The powers that be at The Conrad Dublin recently partnered with accomplished Irish artist, Ciara O’Neill on a revamp of their in-house bar and restaurant.
The skilful design make-over has seen The Terrace at the comfortable five star emporium transformed into a contemporary and inviting space, with O’Neill’s signature mix of colours and textures very much to the fore.
The menu too has undergone a transformation, and now features a broad selection of sharing plates and delicious mains showcasing great local Irish produce. We particularly like the look of the Halibut, which comes served with Champagne and Fennel Cream, Rope Grown Organic Irish Mussels, Charred Leek, and Keta Cavier.
Nicely complemented by a diverse selection of craft beers and bespoke cocktails, the all-day menu is available from noon, with a great value Pre-Theatre deal featuring two courses for €38 and three courses for €45 also available.
