Chef Will Monaghan was in touch to tell us about some exciting new innovations to evening proceedings at One Society. The popular North Inner City establishment has rebranded its evening service as an Italian Tapas and Wine bar, with an enhanced array of dazzling small plates and tempting nibbles to choose from.
An ‘upgraded’ pizza and pasta menu features all the classics, as well as a very appetising Carbonara Pizza made using gorgeous Toonsbridge Mozzarella, Guanciale (Pancetta), with Pecorino and Pepper on a white base of Eggs.
Desserts include Homemade Brownies, a selection of freshly baked cakes and Sweet Pizzas, which Will says shouldn’t be knocked before trying.
Their cellar boasts over forty beautiful wines, while Wine Flights consisting of three 75ml taster glasses offer great value at prices ranging from €12 to €14.
Open 4.30pm to close, Wednesday to Sunday.
