This spring sees Inchicore based distillery Stillgarden offering a series of hands-on experiences, as they share the art behind some of their ground-breaking cocktails.
Their informative masterclasses include a talk on the history of distillation and opportunities to see their state of the art Dublin 8 distillery in action, while participants get a chance to create two signature drinks using fresh ingredients, under the helpful tutelage of experienced distillery staff.
Tickets for the sixty minute class include a welcome drink plus two cocktails, with a chance to kick back and discuss the key takeaways in the bar afterwards.
The Cocktail Masterclass takes place on Saturday March 1st, with time-slots available at 3pm and 7pm. Details of further events can be found on their website.
