Among the new batch of exciting new contenders, such as Amy Austin and Ohana, which opened PC is El Silencio FFF. The speakeasy is tucked away through a magic door in Pablo Picante’s on Clarendon Market.

Now that we’re adjusting to the €9 accompanying meal concept, having a burrito bar beneath your feet adds even more allure to the joint.

“We have new cages in El Silencio to disguise the perspex…pawn shop chic inspired by the redneck bar stage in Blues Brothers”, says owner Colm McNamara. Tacos, tostadas, margaritas and a bit of hush, naturally.
