Dig In on Camden Street

INO – Rigoletto – Banner Desktop – Oct 14-Dec 8

Last month saw Steve Murray and Colin Dickson launch an innovative new art, dining and cocktail space in collaboration with world renowned Irish contemporary artist Maser.

The newly established Dig In Art-Diner houses a collection featuring rare items by artists such as Banksy, Conor Harrington and Vader.

Meanwhile a scan of the COVID inspired QR encoded menus reveal an eclectic selection of food offerings, where Salt beef tacos and Indian pale ale mussels nestle alongside a plentiful choice of coeliac and vegan options.

Booze hounds are also well catered for via the decidedly exotic cocktail range, which takes its cue from individual art works adorning the walls.

The Heliosphere Cocktail for instance, is inspired by a concept artist Chloe Early describes as ‘the glory of a rise or the danger of a fall’.

As they say themselves, “Art always wins.”

Tues – Friday, 5pm to late; Sat – Sun: 12pm until late.
