We’ve lauded the ingenuity of Bar 1661 and their Craft Cocktails enterprise on this platform before, and now they’ve gone and given us more reason to stand in awe at the counter.
Cuckoo Lane is their new cocktail factory venture in D7. The space itself is designed to be multi-functional and modular: a working cocktail lab; mixing, production and bottling line; tasting room; brand showroom; retail and event space.
They’ve also added a Spicy Margarita cocktail, in homage to Mexico’s Day of the Dead, to their range for October and November.
