Over the past few months chef Marty Montgomery and sommelier Javier Tena have been wowing diners at The Exchequer in Ranelagh with a fascinating regional food and wine pairing series.
This month they celebrate the bold flavours of South America with specialties such as ceviche, steak and chimichurri matched with a choice of Dulche de Leche, or a chance to try a Pisco Sour cocktail, the national drink of Chile and Peru.
In November they’ll be revisiting the best of the series so far, with a flavoursome combination of Italian, Spanish, French and South American menu staples.
