Following a very successful summer pop-up at Two Fifty Square, fans of Lil Portie will be delighted to hear that the Caribbean Kitchen is set to commence a semi-permanent evening residency at the popular Rathmines coffee spot from the middle of this month.
Specialising in flavoursome dishes based on traditional Jamaican and West Indian recipes, menu staples include stuffed plantain, jerk chicken and exotic jack fruit tacos.
Owner Nick Reynolds describes the food as “Caribbean cooking with sprinkles of Latin influences via Ireland.”
