Beady-eyed commuters witnessing the summer makeover in progress at Chancery Place on Dublin’s Northside will know by now that it heralds the imminent arrival of a brand new gastropub for the area.
The Legal Eagle is the latest venture from Elaine Murphy, the queen of quayside dining whose myriad culinary initiatives with business partner Brian Montague have contributed in no small measure to the welcome revitalisation of eating out North of the Liffey.
