If oysters accompanied by a glass of crisp white wine sounds like your thing, then this is definitely your month.
The sustainable slow food is the subject of a number of specially devised menus at restaurants and bars throughout the city, including a Jazz & Oyster lunch at Cliff Townhouse on Sunday September 16th.
Proceedings get underway with a glass of AlbariƱo wine and half a dozen oysters, followed by a short food-demo courtesy of Head Chef Sean Smith.
Diners can then tuck into a delicious three course lunch with a choice of two sittings; 12.30pm and 2pm.
