If the popularity of the Irish Cocktail Fest is anything to go by, our national penchant for nourishing our inner Gatsby continues unabated.
Now in its third year, the festival has expanded to become a month-long affair, taking in cocktail bars across Ireland in an annual celebration of the terrific array of artisanal spirits to be found country-wide.
As ever, the emphasis is firmly on quality, and cocktail lovers and aficionados can vote for their favourite festival concoction using the #BestIrishCocktail hashtag.
Cocktail parties on Saturday October 13 & 20 in the Dublin Bar Academy, 4pm – 6.30pm, €25 (inc. four cocktails)
