With an emphasis on ‘low intervention’ or what they like to call ‘Acoustic Wines’ glasses are available from Wed to Sun until 10pm.
Ger tells us that anything from the shelf has a €10 corkage attached, except for Sundays when the charge is waived.
Gorgeous small plates such as White Bean and Chorizo stew, Rabbit Terrine, Potted Duck, Farmhouse Cheeses, Raclette and Pickles are available through the week.
