With the first hectic days of September behind us, we’re looking forward to a relaxing weekend meandering our way around Airfield, learning more about sustainable living and reducing food waste.
We’ll also be sampling some delicious food harvested from the estate’s farm and garden and of course enjoying a tipple at the dedicated Botanicals and Brews area.
Great workshops include talks on wild game preparation with Lucy O’Hagan of Phoenix Forest School, cooking sustainable fish with Kieran Creevy and a chance to learn more about foraging with Geraldine Kavanagh of Glendalough Distillery.
