Screened at CineCafé Club, the powerful and touching Frozen Silence travels to the winter of 1943. In Second World War Russian front, a serial killer is on the loose within the Blue Division ranks (a body of Spanish volunteer soldiers and military veterans that supported the German troops). Immediately after a murder an investigation is opened and commissioned to soldier Arturo Andrade (Juan Diego Botto), who assumes the task with rigor and professionalism and has the help of Sergeant Espinosa (Carmelo Gómez). As they dig into the evidence both begin to suspect that behind the murder are concealed secrets of the past.
