Christmas at the Mansion House
The IFA Live Animal Crib returns to the Lord Mayor’s official residence, the Mansion House on Dawson Street. This long-standing tradition brings the magic of the Christmas nativity scene to the heart of Dublin City. This life-size stable has sheep, a donkey and a goat which are provided and cared for by the Irish Farmers’ Association. The Live Animal Crib is open daily from 11am to 4pm until Christmas Even, when it will close at 1pm.
At the Mansion House, experience a starry wonderland under a captivating canopy of shimmering festival lights at Dublin Mansion House on Dawson Street. There will be a Sensory Space for those who need a break from the sensory stimulation that Christmas in the city centre brings.
The magic of Merrion Square Park
There’s one week left to enjoy the magic of ‘Dublin City Council Dublin Winter Lights’ at Merrion Square Park. Lights will shine bright through the trees and across the park with projections adding colour and texture to the paths.
