The Irish Architecture Foundation presents Beyond Participation, a day of inspiring presentations about architecture and community featuring innovators, provocateurs and activists from Ireland, the US, Africa and the UK.
This exciting event brings together an avant-garde line up, featuring world-renowned TED-talker and WikiHouse founder Alastair Parvin, Christian Benimana of MASS Design Group, and author of ‘How to be a Happy Architect’, Irena Bauman.
The audience will be introduced to incredible stories that present a diverse range of themes from open source design, ethnicity, technology, to harnessing local skills, and will cover projects from housing, health, education and public space.
Guests will be treated to a unique culinary experience with Jennie Moran’s Luncheonette, and an after-party at the Light House, Smithfield.
This promises to be a dynamic and thought-provoking day, not to be missed!
Tickets €25/ 20 (IAF member/Student/OAP concession)
