The time capsule selection has been made – 100 design projects feted as the best representation of a moment in time. From Goethe-Institut Irland’s 60th anniversary branding to the Douglas Hyde Gallery rebrand and“living typography” for new cocktail bar in Oslo called The Conservatory.
Among the judging panel were our editor who said, “It remains reassuring that creativity and ingenuity within the design community continue to flourish during pandemic-stricken times. Great design elevates so much of life whether knowingly, or unwittingly in many instances.
What is particularly pleasing are smart extensions of design beyond prescriptive formats and referential nods to exemplar work which both inspire and form the foundation of extended, reconceived and contemporized ideas.”
