The prolific Nine Bean Rows recently announced the addition of four new tomes to their growing library, with works from Michelle Darmody, Graham Herterich, Aoife Carrigy and JP McMahon all making their way into the world this autumn.

‘From Seed To Supper’ sees culinary spark Michelle Darmody trace the journey of food from the ground up, with Graham Herterich’s ‘Cook’ taking a look at traditional Irish cooking with modern twists.

Aoife Carrigy celebrates ten years of award-winning gastro pub The Old Spot on Bath Avenue by gathering together some of their best loved recipes over the past decade, including daily pies, Sunday roasts and their ever popular mussels pil pil.

Meanwhile JP McMahon’s ‘An Irish Food Story’, presents a fascinating conundrum. In the words of the author, “This book is about the story of Irish food and food in Ireland. They may seem like the same thing, but they’re not.”

We look forward to reading more!
