Dubliner Farah Elle’s sound touches on her Libyan roots and Irish heritage with a contemporary pop sensibility, while her evocative lyrics sing of growth and perseverance. Like contemporaries Sive and Laura Duff, Elle’s unique approach defines her as a singer songwriter. This performance, is part of the Live Collision Festival running from the 25th to the 27th of April. Back in 2016, we had this to say: “Elle mixes a powerful stage presence with a curious blend of genres that sees her Irish accent drift into Arabic-influenced melismas”, and she has only gotten better since.
