Everyone knows Christmas is a crucial sales season for independent creatives. Whether you are seeking wreaths, chutneys, cards or that special unique something for loved ones, it’s imperative that you try to up your support for local. Our friends at the Fumbally have their annual market (Dec 8-10) for ‘food producers, independent crafts, artists and creators’. The Irish Pop-Up Collective are taking over the Carlisle Suite at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, on Sunday December 10 with over 55 lifestyle brands ranging from fashion, accessories, interiors and craft to beauty, and gifts. The Bohemia Christmas Flea is on up in Kelly’s Yard in Phibsborough on Saturday and Sunday December 9 & 10 which clearly is peak market weekend.
