Four well-connected girls from LA, Warpaint have come up with an album that is haunting and moody enough to transcend its occasionally shambolic tendencies. The band are no slouches when it comes to knocking out atmospheric guitar tunes and Undertow, an impeccable single, is just one of the highlights. If you were sad when Electrelane broke up, rejoice!
