At the end of last year the cheery chaps at Phibsboro’s Two Boys Brew quietly opened a second venture down the road in Drumcondra, which they named in honour of their little dog Milo.
As we head towards the dog days of July, now is a great time to check out their Aussie inspired Summer French Toast, which sees delicious Homemade Brioche French toast married with strawberry compote, fresh blueberries, crushed almonds, lemon mousse, brown butter crumb and maple syrup.
