Hendrick’s Gin has always prided itself on its aesthetic playfulness. They came up with the genius concept of pairing cucumber with the spirit, leaning into the concept of the afternoon tea/cucumber sandwich upmarket perceptions of Britain in the US.
Their latest bottle is Flora Adora which was launched in the gardens of Stauntons on the Green during a sunny interlude in April. The banquet, overseen by Rob Kenny and his own adoras, had a casual fashionable wedding vibe.
The limited release distills 11 floral botanicals, “the juniper and coriander backbone are lengthened by lush green and wonderfully sweet floral characteristics.”
