Robert O’Byrne has been the plummy toned gatekeeper of sorts of our architectural heritage for some time now. Through his blog, he has taken over 50,000 photographs of everything from country houses to cottages, from industrial buildings to ancient monasteries, from garden follies to graveyards. Now he is handing over the images to Irish Architectural Archive and in celebration of his achievements and dedication to our past, a selection of them will be on display.
