Now this is a doozy with over 40 artists – from the adjoining worlds of electronic, contemporary classical, ambient, hauntology, noise and experimental music – performing in five different rooms across the Concert Hall. Almost a mini-throwback to the likes of the Dublin Electronic Arts Festival of yore.
Arguably, Oneohtrix Point Never is the big draw bringing his abrasive, deliriously delightful, cacophony of spliced sounds as evidenced on the soundtrack to Uncut Gems and Magic Oneohtrix Point Never.
International sounds come courtesy of the likes of Caterina Barbieri, Coby Sey and Blackhaine while local heads include David Donohoe, Frog of Earth and Donabate producer Chósta.
National Concert Hall, Saturday October 1 & Sunday October 2, €27
