We’ve been getting Spring off to a zingy start with some beautiful Wasi Chilli and Lemongrass Seaweed Pesto, an Asian influenced pot of goodness that gives a nice spicy kick to any oriental dish involving noodles, and also goes brilliantly with cheese.
Made by wild Irish seaweed enthusiasts Claire O’Sullivan and her partner Eli, the duo take personal responsibility for hand harvesting, mixing, bottling and blending every product in their innovative Wasi range, as part of their laudably brilliant efforts to see the magic of seaweed make a comeback on kitchen tables everywhere.
In addition to their stunning flavoured pesto, the Wasi food range also includes Seaweed and Salt chocolate, as well as a selection of gorgeous body care products.
