We’ve been avidly following progress at the Village Butcher as they moved locations this summer, and we’re delighted to see that the lights are firmly on at their new shop in Ranelagh.
They recently installed a Himalayan Salt wall in their dry age chamber, while the names of a veritable ‘who’s who’ of some of the best Irish suppliers in the business are displayed on the supplier’s list designed by local man Darragh Mulryan.
In addition to a mouthwatering selection of wagyu beef, they also carry Thornhill Duck, free range pork from artisan producers Andarl farm and sausages from FX Buckley and Rick Higgins.
There’s also free local delivery to anyone over seventy concerned about venturing out.
