This Saturday sees Skinny Wolves taking over the new CUBE room in the basement of the Project Arts Centre to present a night of haunted pop and grainy romanticism, in association with the Conjuring For Beginners exhibition. Heading the bill is Belfast’s answer to indie-pop history, Girls Names. The new four-piece line-up have just recently wound up a European tour that culminated in a performance at Primavera. Seeing them in a room this small probably won’t be possible for much longer.
Support on the night comes from Popical Island group I Heart The Monster Hero and Patrick Kelleher, who will be performing a rare solo show.
Upstairs in the bar there will be DJ sets from Sam Kklovenhoof of NYC group Led Er Est and Belfast’s Go Bang! crew.
