We’re on a serious come down after Ireland’s largest gin event – Gin Experience Dublin which took place last April 12th & 13th at the Printworks in Dublin Castle. With over 50 gin producers from Ireland and across the globe, 130 different gins & 12 informative masterclasses & gin schools, it’s fair to say that it has been the highlight of this year’s gin calendar.
The event was organised by the Celtic Whiskey Shop in Dawson Street — who are also home to the biggest selection of gin in Ireland — so we decided to enlist their help and ask for a few recommendations!
