It’s all kicking off over at Smock Alley Theatre on FEB 13 as they release their 4th Scene + Heard festival of new Work. This zesty festival, which spans 3 weeks and has over 105 events, provides Artists with a risk-free environment to test their most original, crazy, & thought-provoking ideas before mounting a full-scale production. But they need YOU, the Audience to play a vital role by critiquing & giving feedback. This is then gathered and shared with the Artists who continue to develop the work for full production. This is your chance to have your say – create the future at Scene + Heard 2019.
Tickets are sold at low prices and events are grouped together in viewing blocks of 60mins. With 12 shows each night the place is hopping and there are drink deals (we recommend a Smocktail!) and food offerings to keep your festival fever alight.
Much like other years the 2019 programme is wild, wonderful and totally wacky as Artists from all over the country share their stories at Smock Alley through the medium of Theatre, Music, Comedy, Spoken Word, Improv, Dance, Radio, Food Events, Drag, Stand-Up and Children’s Theatre.
