The growing fascination with all things dietary is reflected in The Gluten Free Living Show, a day-long food fair aimed at those interested in learning more about living a gluten-free life.
In addition to a cookery demonstration by Chef Kevin Dundon and interactive talks on health, visitors can also avail of the opportunity to meet some of those involved across twenty-five Irish and international gluten free brands.
