Dublin’s landscape is ever-changing, with hotels and student apartment blocks mushrooming up overnight, and the docklands development steamrollering through long-standing inner-city communities.
Some things stay the same though – Ireland’s oldest department store Arnotts celebrates its 175th birthday this month (making it older than the Irish State) with a programme of special events and a series of new product launches to mark the occasion.
As part of the festivities, check out the Arnotts 175 Museum, curated in collaboration with The Little Museum of Dublin, and hark back to the city in the rare aul times.
The museum will be installed in the department store throughout the month of May and beyond.
