As the country’s craft gin scene continues to flourish, devotees of the botanical elixir can look forward to a two-day Gin Experience this month at the historic Printworks building in Dublin Castle.
The experience features sample tastings, food pairings and master classes as well as an impressive line-up of exhibitors.
There’ll be plenty of opportunities to meet the innovative makers behind such small batch sensations as Listoke 1777 (pictured) Mór Irish Gin and the Glendalough Distillery range.
Tickets: €40 with €10 from each ticket going towards the charity Debra Ireland.
