Rising temperatures, summer festivals and an increasing appetite for dining al fresco are just some of the factors behind the increasing popularity of a range of specialist food trucks across the city.
One such example is the Airstream Out of Dublin food truck, an initiative of The Catering Company.
The truck is available to hire for charity, corporate and private events and can also be found at the Blackrock Market at weekends.
Delicious donut burgers, avocado fries and handcrafted coffee are just some of the items being served through the hatch this summer.
