Real Bread Week is a national week of events organized by the Real Bread Ireland network to promote ‘Real Bread’; wholesome, nutritious, tasty bread without any hidden added ingredients made by proper independent Irish craft bakers.
As part of the week The Bretzel Bakery hosts a talk and tasting in the Bretzel Bakery & Cafe on Thursday, 8th October from 7pm onwards. William will share his ideas on the sourdough process and discuss well-made bread with tastings and take home goodies for everyone in the audience!
