Under the Influence, Dominic Hawgood
Under the Influence is an award-winning series that examines the use of exorcism within London’s African evangelical churches as well as the merchandising of these contemporary rituals. In his work, Hawgood combines photography with the moving image using CGI and lighting design to create a sensory experience that avoids the formal theatricality of traditional photography.
Eamonn Doyle ON photobook launch
Following the success of Doyle’s well-received photobook i, The Library Project will host the launch of his second entitled ON. Doyle will present his latest work at the event and give visitors an insight into the bookmaking process.

Greetings From Ireland started as an open call for artists to submit work that interprets Ireland today with a view to establishing a more diverse view of the country than may be seen on the visual merchandise offered to tourists in Temple Bar. 40 artists were chosen to exhibit their entries at the December 2014 launch at the The Library Project. The second stage of the project will be on show at this year’s PhotoIreland festival. The project remains open to submissions and is now seeking work from photographers worldwide that demonstrates how home for Irish people can manifest abroad. (Mon–Fri 11am–6pm; Sat & Sun 12–6pm)
