Summer’s here and Great Irish Beverages have decided that June is gin’s time to shine. The Dublin Gin & Tonic Fest puts the spotlight firmly on three of Ireland’s best – Dingle Gin from Munster, Shortcross Gin from Ulster and seasonal gin from Glendalough Distillery. Each uses their own distinct blend of local Irish botanicals, resulting in a unique taste of Ireland from three different provinces.
Festival-goers can sample the results and compare flavours at various city-centre venues from June 22nd – 27th.
