Irish Composer Anna Rice Wins Prestigious Camille Award for Documentary Score ‘I Dream in Photos’

Wicklow based composer for screen and SCGI member, Anna Rice has won a Camille Award at the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) in Paris. Rice was recognized for her original score for the Screen Ireland funded documentary feature, I Dream in Photos, directed by Gary Lennon and Ollie Aislin, produced by Gambit Films.

This year marks the first time Irish composers have been selected as finalists at the Camille Awards. In addition to Rice’s win, Northern Ireland based composer Hannah Peel was also shortlisted in the TV Drama category for her work on Sky drama series, The Midwich Cuckoos, showcasing the remarkable talent within the Irish screen music community.
