The Bridge 1859 is turning ten, and they’re marking the milestone in true Dublin fashion—by dropping an exclusive, limited-edition whiskey.

The bar, co-owned by rugby stars Jamie Heaslip, Rob Kearney, and Sean O’Brien, has teamed up with Two Stacks Whiskey to create a 10-year-old blend that’s only available at The Bridge itself.  It’s literally the ‘toast of Ballsbridge’.

Distilled back in 2014 at Cooley Distillery, this whiskey was aged in ex-bourbon casks before getting a final flourish in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at a punchy 48.5%, it’s priced at €125 for a 700ml bottle, or if you’re just looking for a cheeky taste, €25 will get you a 100ml can.

There are only 300 bottles of this collector’s item; if you’re a D4-eigner, now is the time to grab a taste of your own back garden.
