Totally Dublin favourite Ishmael Claxton is exhibiting a show with his friend and mentor, Sean Hillen, representing the emerging and established side of art-making, contrasting youth and maturity in an exhibition “reminiscent of collaborations between Basquiat and Warhol.”
Billed as a harmonious duel between two lens based artists who challenge perceptions and lay bare obscure realities, audiences are invited to watch as the duo dance the sociopolitical canvas as art warriors, swinging for the marginalised and under-represented.
The exhibition opens at 6pm on October 4th 2024 and runs through to October 21st at TON GALLERY, 25A Temple Lane South, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, D02 KV62
