It’s been a busy old year at Dublin Food Coop, where they’ve been settling into a new home at the old Chocolate Factory in Kilmainham, while also developing an innovative community development programme with the Irish Cooperative Society (ICOS).
The fascinating new course includes modules on cooperative studies and DIY herbal balms and lotions, while this month’s topic zones in on Zero Waste Cooking with wholefoods chef Rozanne Stevens.
Featuring guest lectures from Ollie Moore, Tiziana O’Hara and Tim Cookson, the programme runs until May 2020, with ICOS Skillnets accreditation for those who complete the course.
